Day 1: Arrival, intention setting, and grounding
- We arrive at our serene mountain retreat center (2,800m), welcomed by fresh Andean air and breathtaking views.
- Together, we ease into the altitude with gentle breathwork designed to help our bodies adapt.
- We take time to settle in with welcome refreshments before gathering for our first group circle.
- In the evening, we join in a Despacho Ceremony, offering coca leaves, flowers, and sweets to set our collective intentions.
- As the stars light up the sky, we end the day with a magical fire ceremony and a delicious welcome dinner featuring organic Peruvian cuisine.

Days 2: Sacred Bee teachings & breathwork
- We start the day with energizing breathwork and movement, connecting with our bodies and the landscape around us.
- After enjoying a nourishing breakfast with local honey and fruits, we venture to ancient Inka terraces above Ollantaytambo.
We learn about native plants and medicinal herbs that sustain the bees, deepening our appreciation for their ecosystem.
- Suited up in bee gear, we approach the hives, witnessing the mesmerizing waggle dance, observing hive health, and experiencing the magic of opening a hive.
- In the afternoon, we craft remedies using honey, propolis, and beeswax.
- We close the day with an integration circle and gentle evening practices to reflect on what we’ve learned.

Days 3: Awakening Natural Wisdom
- We begin the morning with breathwork and movement to ground ourselves and prepare for deeper connection.
- Returning to the apiaries, we deepen our bond with the bees, observing their sacred rhythms and understanding the hive’s energy.
- Together, we create more bee-inspired remedies and products.
- In the afternoon, we gather for a reflective circle before finishing the day with calming practices that integrate the lessons of the hive.

Day 4: Water Wisdom & Andean Traditions
- Our day begins with flowing breathwork and movement inspired by the water element.
- After breakfast, we trek through ancient Polylepis forests to the stunning Perolnyok Waterfall, where we take part in a traditional water ceremony, cleansing and renewing ourselves in its mist.
- At midday, we savor authentic Andean cuisine at Alqa Restaurant, learning about the connection between food and the land.
- In the afternoon, we visit Chinchero’s weaving communities to witness ancient dyeing and weaving techniques, each pattern carrying generations of wisdom.
- We end the day with a visit to the Temple of Moraya before returning to our retreat center for integration practices.

Days 5-6: Mountain Pilgrimage to Ausangate
- We travel to the majestic Apu Ausangate, one of the most sacred mountains in Peru.
- After high-altitude breathwork, we prepare for a plant medicine ceremony and a reflective walk to a serene mountain lagoon.
- As night falls, we stargaze from the natural hot springs (the “amniotic waters”), letting the thermal waters soothe and integrate our experiences.
- The next day, we start with grounding breathwork and reflection before taking in the mountain’s energy one last time.
- After lunch, we return to Cusco with a sense of awe and connection.

Day 7: Integration & Bee Wisdom
- We ease into the day with breathwork and movement to integrate our mountain experiences.
- In the afternoon, we return to the apiaries, observing how the bees respond to seasonal rhythms and local plants.
- Together, we explore how traditional Andean beekeeping practices honor the sacred relationship between bees, plants, and humans.
- By listening deeply to the hive, we reflect on how its wisdom can guide us in our daily lives.

Day 8: Teachings from Wisdom Keepers
- We begin with breathwork and movement to prepare for a day of deep learning.
- In the morning, we sit with Andean elders, soaking in their teachings on balance and harmony.
- The afternoon brings a powerful breathwork ceremony to help us integrate everything we’ve experienced so far.
- As the day winds down, we gather around the fire for storytelling and insights into Andean cosmology, creating a sense of connection across time.

Day 9: Celebration of Life
- We start the day with outdoor herbal steam baths using plants favored by bees for their healing properties, cleansing and renewing our energy.
- The afternoon is a time for quiet reflection and preparing for our evening celebration.
- As night falls, we celebrate with:
- Transcendent sound healing led by master musicians.
- A heart-opening cacao ceremony.
- Ecstatic dance and a final fire ceremony under the stars, honoring our journey together.

Day 10: Completion & Integration
- On our final morning, we join together for gentle integration practices and a closing circle to share our transformations and set intentions for the journey ahead.
- We finish with a heartfelt farewell lunch, celebrating the connections we’ve built and the experiences we’ve shared.

To fully enjoy the retreat and ease into the experience, we highly recommend arriving in the Sacred Valley at least 3–4 days before the retreat begins.
